I keep getting locked out because there are two potential entries I can get wrong, username and password! With only three strikes and you're out for 15 mintues I keep having to wait. NigelP Posted March 5, 2020 Report Posted March 5, 2020 Hi Edward. I have the most peculiar login problem. Each time I try and log in it says my email and password don't match. So I click the Forgot Password link, get my email and click that then I am presented with the new password screen with the first line filled in with my original password. All I have to do is copy my existing password from the safe and paste it into the second box and Hey Presto, I'm in! Why won't it accept my normal password without having to go through this rigmarole?
