dimmer locked alarm active

Hi been changing my dmx splitters and my 4th chillie dimmer is saying (dimmer locked alarm active) and it’s not letting me access controls or output power to the lx.?? any help is much appreciated

Hi Richard,

Welcome to the Zero 88 Forum.

If the dimmer is reporting that the Alarm is Active, it means the alarm 0v and alarm AL terminals are connected. These terminals are on the same 4-way screw terminal block as the DMX connections, found on the control PCB.

These terminals are RS485-, RS485+, 0V and AL. Has the DMX been wired into the correct terminals?
