milon Posted April 13, 2023 Report Share Posted April 13, 2023 We had problems with booting our FLX so I upgraded to ZerOS 7.13. Still have problems with FLX not always booting correct, about every fifth time it just stands flashing the leds to every fader. When breaking power and trying again it often starts. But that is not the biggest problem right now, since we CAN make it start. The great problem is that suddenly the FLX just freezes, all connections with all fixtures are lost and no buttons are working. I tried to delete the show file and loaded it again and the time till it froze again was a bit longer (20 min instead of 4 min, approx) but the problem is not solved. What can I do? milon Posted April 13, 2023 Author Report Share Posted April 13, 2023 I rolled back to ZerOS7.12 and loaded the oldest showfile I have and it seems like it's working, but I don't trust it to continue to do so... Please email us a picture of your console’s serial number sticker to support@zero88.com, and we can email you instructions.
