As I have just found out after an email from Edward, if you tap into the empty search box at the top of the Manufacturers column, as you type each successive letter, it narrows the selection of manufacturers, which is quicker than using the arrow keys with some groups of manufacturers, then you can do a search for models using the top search box. If you tap the ABC button, it opens up the on screen keyboard for that column.

Is there any way of searching for a fixture to either use or use as a template to modify for an unbranded fixture ? In this particular case, I have an 18 cell RGB LED Bar with a 5 channel mode, CH1 is dimmer, CH2 is Strobe, CH3 is Red, Ch4 is Green, CH5 is Blue. Working my way down the gft40_00_Fixtures.txt I can find RGBDS but no DSRGB. One option is to open a fixture in the fixture editor to see what parameters it has, but I cannot find the library file location on my pc.

Tyler Holpin mentioned at the start of the FLX S Entry Level live stream video Tuesday 19th May 14:00 - 16:00 that patching of the FLX S desk was covered in a session the day before with Edward, can you please provide a ling to this session, as I would like to see if I can clear a desk patch without having to reset a desk and reload custom fixtures. Thanks.

With a USB keyboard connected to my S24, via a 4 port passive hub, when I go to Add fixture, the patch window does not respond to typing in a letter for a manufacturer when it first opens up on the Generic Fixtures line at the top of the manufacturers list. I have to use the touch screen to select any line below Generic Fixtures, then I can use the USB keyboard to type a letter. Is it possible to see if this step can be removed please ?

I found RigSync disable under Setup>Universes>Remote Device management (RDM)>RigSync>Disable. Has it shifted since this original post ?

Does the FLX S24 have a Magic Screen feature that allows you to rearrange icons on the screen to match the stage layout ?

I have determined that the Change all Names will change a block of channel names, either added individually or by holding down channel select buttons to select a range of channels, then tapping the Change all Names box on the screen.

With Grand Master operation enabled, latching operation, and the desk is turned on, the channel faders will output levels from the desk, even though the Grand Master is at zero and the Go button LED is off. Once the Grand Master is raised above zero, the Go button LED flashes slowly and once the Master Fader reaches the level of the channel faders it takes over control. Is this a bug ?

Is the Go button on the FLX S desk documented please ? If I have a Grand Master mode enabled with Latching mode, the Go button LED flashes slowly in normal mode and flashes faster when Blackout is selected. With Non latching Grand Master operation selected, the Go button LED flashes slowly for normal desk operation and is on steady when the Go button is help down for a blackout.

In the Change Chanel Window, Ch# is for change channel number, the Change all Names is misleading as it only changes the name of the selected channel, what does Change all Profiles do please ? It takes you to the fixture type, in the patch window.

Is it possible to use an external touch screen monitor with an S24 using a router ?

Does this mean that the FLX S24 ignores Amber and U/V in the case of an RGBWAU/V 6in1 fixture ?

Does the S24 use advanced colour heuristics, which is a feature LightFactory has. I made a profile for a 6in1 led par, selected which on the colour picker, but only the white led was used. In LightFactory, when you select white using the colour picker, the other led's are used to increase the brightness of the fixture and achieve a colour close to white.
