  1. Can the fatfrog control more than 12 fixtures?.

Use F3 to turn the fixture buttons into a page select, ie. press F3 then fixture button 1, this now gives control over the first 12 fixtures, pressing F3 and fixture button 2, this now gives control over fixtures 13 to 24, and so on.

Is this hairbrain idea possible or should I stop doing your heads in. :!:

  2. Is there any chance of getting a fade in/out time on the subs with out recording it in the memory stack and then having to transfer it to a sub.

Because its a pain in the duck having to do it that way. :?: :?: :!:

  3. Well I`m still picking bits of mud out from the fader tracks, but in true lamping spirit, wrap it in tin foil " IT WON`T BLOW NOW!", No I can`t change that gell, no I`m NOT part of the band, & yes I do want my money up front!

until the next cartoon "HEADS DOWN MOLES TO FULL!!!"

  4. At a festival only a few days ago, both me,fatfrog, noise boy his effects rack and desk found out the hard way that unlike it`s name the FATFROG does not like mud!!

The local builder constructed both stage & F.O.H tower. I was set up on the upper deck frog, monitor & keyboard throwing some colour into a grey overcast summers day.

After a couple of hours programming the FOH sound desk appeared! yes all 52 channels sitting on a fork lift, why so duck big i wondered when i have 512 channels and i can carry it my self?

Any who the fork lift clipped the FOH tower BRINGING me and an array of FOH equipment into the soft sticky $#ite which surounded it`s base.

Now who ever came up with the idea to call the desk after something which loves water should think again.

The only fatality on the day was my monitor and keyboard, the frog was covered in mud head to flipper, it still worked did the show.

Cheers to the designers of the armoured FATFROG!. :)

  5. What`s the chance of an off line editor for the frog range,so we can break the back of programming on site and get to catering for a change!

Something with a visual aspect would be nice,so we can see what we are doing!!

ANY ONE ELSE UP FOR THE IDEA??

  6. Top o the morn to ya,

On the output screen you can see 1 to 48 but you cant see whats patched to each fader, now i know you can bring up the dmx screen BUT what a mess.

Is there any way this can be made clearer? :?

  7. Well mugs, gold or not are no replacement for a blaged " free " desk lamp. No point having 96K on stage and a cigarrate lighter at the desk, it can cause burnie burnies.

As you can see a well programmed show can leave a man with nothing else to do but fill this site with rubbish, while the "NOISE BOY" god bless them has been trained in the fine art of pushing that GO button, cheers VINNIE,. 8)

  8. Would it be possible when a scenes from subs or memory stack is being played back live that the flash buttons light up,to tell you which generic channels are in use, so if the scene has to be edited it`s easier to see where they are.

When using the monitor, the faders from 1 to 48 should show what DMX channels are patched to them.

Can we start to name the shows both on screen & when they are saved to disk instead of wondering what the duck is show 1,2,3 etc.....

More whinging as I find things!.
