LifeChurch Posted February 4, 2015 Report Posted February 4, 2015 I have recently updated my leap frog zero 48. when i save scenes, it doesn't play the first step in the scene, its just blackout. Has anyone had the same problem?
iank99 Posted February 5, 2015 Report Posted February 5, 2015 Scenes don't have steps but sequences/chases do... What you could try is to record the first state in the scene then convert the scene to a chase, then insert/add a step and carry on - it might be that you've not realised that you're missing recording the first state as you change mode to chase? JakeS Posted February 11, 2015 Report Posted February 11, 2015 I must say that I don't support all these "personal email sent" solutions without future posts here, so that everyone can see what was the issue and especially the solution...
Jon Hole Posted February 13, 2015 Report Posted February 13, 2015 Hi JakeS, We're aware of a bug that means this occasionally happens when creating a chase - we’ve fixed the problem, and are currently Beta Testing the software, so we are asking those who report the issue to give the new software a go. UFA-Fabrik Posted February 28, 2015 Report Posted February 28, 2015 Hi, wie have the same problem. (LeapFrog48 and LeapFrog 96) The first step of an own-build chase is dark. When I load them manually in the programmer the step will be shown normal. Furthermore: In older OS-Versions it would be possible to copy a Submaster to another Submaster with select the new Submaster by pressing the Flashkey. Now it dosn't work. Is ist a bug, a feature or a problem with our LeapFrog?
Jon Hole Posted February 28, 2015 Report Posted February 28, 2015 Both of these things are fixed in a software update that will be released next week :-) Jon Hole linkedin.com/in/jonhole
