  1. Is this often followed by the sound of all the noise boys going- turn the f*** lights back on you numpties and then a hour of them having a conversation under there breaths about how inferior lamp tramps are to noise boys!! Thats what would happen if I did that!

I´ll do exactly like GLX despite the noise boys intolerant behavior I do my work like them all :)

I´ll never go to discuss totaly worklight blackout with noiseboys...

I´am the master of lights... others have to beg for light  and power ..

Last but not least they all have a flashlight with them why don´t they use it ?

  2. Hi

    I have a suggestion for Halo_djk:

Create a movement effect with on-board effect generator for your moving fixtures now while the effect is running create a colourful chaser.

    Transfer to SX button.

The SX - button should now recall the colorchase and the movement.

Hope this makes sense to you.

  3. Hi,

the LTP Fade time is to create slow fixture movements by stepping thru the memories. If LTP fade is set to i.e. 00.03.00 then a movement takes 3 sec

another movement programmed in a chasestep is blocked by the LTP fade too so it is nessesary to set your LTP fade to 00.00.00

P/T speed is a dadicated fixture feature so some of the fixtures dosn´t have it. In this case it is recommanded to set the chase attack modifier for Pos to

    <fade>

  4. Hi Dr Chinchilla,

Chase memories have an additional parameter called shots whitsch determines how many times the chase runs when it is triggered from playbackX or submaster [...]

The dwell time determines how long the current memory is output for, after completing it´s fade.

    RTFM

  5. Ford is known for dam hot cars!!!!!

Cars knitted with hot knittingneedles. The second and the last ford I ever drove was in garage for more time then it was on the street.

I think it was the good working garage why this car never works proper.

that was the reason for me to switch to VW

    Sorry for OT

  6. @GLX

12V is little voltage with big power. Once my Ford Focus is burned out while they build in a new heater - my garage didn´t have a good car electrician :-( Gladly the insurance bought me a new car.

  7. Personally if I don't want it off at the plug socket, I just pull the plug out of the back of the desk.

I don´t want to panic, but there is a risk of fire, when you don´t disconnect the PSU from it´s power plug.

  8. I'd love to use pallettes but I didn't realise they could be used with HTP values.

    Hi,

pallettes refer to the LTP values color, beamshape, position to any kind of fixture. There is a way to use pallettes on generic lighting but it isn´t advisable as you can´t correct LTP values by rising or lowering any fader.

You can still insert a copy of your memory. And if your scenes 1 and 2 are already programmed, then copy your pause scene to memory 1.1

    regards

  9. and bring up a pallet, will only the fixutures affected be tagged again?

    Happy new year Ice,

No, all fixtures that are tagged will be affected by the pallette call.

I.E. 6 MAC 500 Color is setted to open stored on pallette 1

all Color is setted to red sored on pallette 2

now home color data for all fixtures tag fixture 2, 4, 6 press p2 and violá

Mac 2,4 and 6 are red.

This circumstance is very useful as you can store one pallatte for each color

    for all fixtures used.

  10. Hi Ben,

choose the partial mode - this increases your possabilities.

In partial it is possible to get submasters with generic chasers

and have others with mac or chroma chasers.

why do you group your macs together ?

fatfrog has 12 fixture channels if you give each mac a fixture botton you can get great effects.

  11. Hi sam,

as Martin explained right the desk have to be in partial mode:

Desk Setup - programming mode - partial

and all fixtures have to be untagged press fixture button until yellow LED stay´s lit while you program new chases or scenes, because the submaster call and send stored LTP values (position/beamshape/colour) at 5% output.

It is possible that a submaster calls only one of the LTP values:

set your "new scene - par 1 & 3 scanners go to red" press colour button and program.

    hope this helps
