Hi Johnny, No there isn't a way to move multiple memories in one go, however: - If you press INSERT a second time, it allows you to put in a second digit of decimal place - allowing 99 memories between two other memories. - If you go to the 'Comments' column, and press 'Enter' you get to the memories' settings. Here, there's an option called 'Next' that allows you to specify which memory follows the one you've just selected. This allows you to jump further down the memory stack, to where you can put your new memories, and then at the end, use the same method to automatically jump back up to continue with your previous memories. Hope this helps, Jon

Hi, This is completely dependant on which mode you set on the ETC Source 4 LED Lustr+, unfortunately. If you look in the manual for the Lustr+, you will see the various modes you can put the lantern in. Then, within the menu system you can choose to enabled additional features, such as strobe (+S) etc. Sorry it's not a simpler answer then that, the profile for the Lustr+ is very flexible, meaning that the profiles are very complex.

Hi, Was this desk setup for you? By resetting it, you've reset the patch of these lights. Have a look in the manual at the sections on 'assigning fixtures' and 'patching' You can download the manual from this link: http://www.zero88.com/products/consoles/jestertlxtra/index.shtml Regards, Jon

Our Community Support Forums generate a lot of topics, sometimes with many replies. To enable readers to know which reply definitively answers the original question, we've enabled a brand new 'best answer' feature. This enables us to mark a reply as the 'best answer'. A small excerpt of the 'best answer' reply will be shown at the top of the topic, and when looking at the forum view, the topic will have an 'answered' badge that when clicked will take you to the flagged reply. We hope you enjoy this new feature to the Zero 88 Community Support Forum.

I've not heard anyone else report this, and it appears to be working for me absolutely fine. Please can you check that the software update definitely worked and that the console is definitely running 7.7.0? SETUP > Files > Desk Information. It should do, if you put your leds at full, in a colour, and then pull down the grandmaster or press the blackout button, what happens? Do the LEDs go out? Best regards, Jon

Hi Piero, I will upload the latest beta of the fixture library to the Beta Test Forum either later today or tomorrow. Best regards, Jon

Hi Alain, The Solution Series is a rebrand of the Leap Frog 48 / 96 consoles to bring it more in line with the rest of the Zero 88 console range. Although the green and grey skin is the 'default' for your console, you can change it within SETUP >Desk Setup > Displays. The newer look screen is 'ORB'.

Fixture Display Out Of Kilt To Button Location
Jon Hole replied to charlieelec's topic in Leap Frog 48 & 96
Hi Charlie, I believe Keith has got back to you about the calibration of the new LCDs in an old console. If you have any more questions please let us know. Best regards, Jon -
No problems. Built in fixture macros can work if you only change colour when the intensity is at 0%, but if you want to fade from one colour to another, they become useless.

Hi Derek, We're looking at renovating Macros inn the future so we will keep this in mind - thanks for the feedback!

Segmentation Fault On Leapfrog 96 During Upgrade
Jon Hole replied to norm's topic in Leap Frog 48 & 96
Hi Norm, What make and model mouse and keyboard do you have plugged in? Do you have a touch screen, or any other USB devices plugged in? Thanks, Jon -
Hi Marcel, As long as you are using RGB colour values, and not a Colour Macro channel, then this should fade automatically. You can change the time in the 'colour' column to choose what time you would like the colour to change in. If this isn't happening, post your showfile on here, and let me know which two cues you want a fade between, and we'll have a look at it. Best regards, Jon

Hi Sam, The profile looks good, these are the only changes needed: Channel 1 - change 'special' to 'dimmer' Channel 5/6/7 (RGB) - change the default to '255' Because of how RGB colour mixing works, Red, Green and Blue have to be at full to get light output from the unit - I think this might be your problem. Hope this helps, let me know if it works! Best regards, Jon

Hi Sam, If you post up the fixture you have created, we can take a look at it and let you know what's wrong. This will be more productive than just making one for you, as you'll know how to do it for next time then! Regards, Jon

Hi Ray, You should have received an email from Martin with Screen Shots taking you step by step through this process. Going through this, is there a particular point that doesn't work as you expected? What bit isn't working? Regards, Jon

Hi Piero, We're aware of this and working on it. For now, if you send me your user file, I will create a special version of our main library for you, which you can load onto your console, which solves the problem. Best regards, (for reference purposes, this is issue ZOS-5466)

Hi Derek, On the Solution, Macros will only record button presses, so although you can record 'page up' and 'page down' on the submasters, you obviously would have to be on the right page to start with. If you ensured you started at page 1, all your macros could change to the page you wanted, and then put the page back again... I know that's not ideal, but a possible work around. The 30 submasters are there for use on DMX In. Macros on the Solution can only record front panel button presses, so in theory there's no way to get to the other submaster flash buttons from a Macro. However, are you using all 48 channels? If you have a spare one, you could patch it to another universe, and then run a short DMX cable from the DMX Out of that universe to the DMX In, and then use that fader and flash button to be one of the other submasters. Hope that makes sense? Best regards,
