  1. Hi, The Robe Robin 1200 is available in our latest library, which can be found here: http://www.zero88.com/software/library/ Best regards Jon
  2. To get to submasters 13 to 18, you'll need to press 'Page B' so that '13 - 24' is lit up. Does this help? You are correct that submasters will only work in 'run' mode. When the channel button flashes, it means that the channel and the channel fader are at two different levels. So, for example, if you play back a memory, and then go into 'Programme Mode', the channel faders will flash to let you know the light is still on even though the fader is at 0%. Hope this helps.
  3. Please find a fixture attached for you. As it has no name, I've put the manufacture as "Mazyk". I didn't quite understand what you mean about using 5 channel? mazyk.ift Do you have a manual for the JB Lighting Varycolor p6?
  4. Hi Veera, Please find the fixture you requested attached. Best regards Jon XS 1200 Spot.ift
  5. Hi Tias, Was it just the first time, or every time? At what point is it stopping? What do you see? Best regards Jon
  6. Hi Vincent, As I said above, most of these are feature requests, not bugs. I've broken down each one here: This is already listed as ZOS-2342 I've added this as ZOS-5717 Hopefully this has been answered by Ian above Please could you expand on this a little more? What would you like to do? This only happens if you touch / click in the blank area to the right, rather than touching / clicking on one of the data cells. The arrow keys also appear to be working fine for me. If this is still a problem, maybe you could create a video of this happening? There are two cue stack windows available - one that's linked to a specific stack (VIEW STACK 1 ENTER) and one that will show the selected stack (SHIFT+CUE). By default you should see the one that shows the selected stack, but it sounds like you've viewing a specific cue stack. You can either to back to the default view (VIEW 0 ENTER) or you can open the window as described above. Hope this helps, please let me know if you have any other questions.
  7. Hi Both, I delayed my answer because I was hoping to give you references to these issues, but our bug tracking software ('Gemini') ironically isn't working this morning! Most of the above comments appear to be feature requests rather than bugs, and most of those are already on our to-do list. Regarding the groups - on ZerOS, a cell is always selected, allowing you to move around that window using the arrow keys, and I expect this is what you are seeing. This is different from groups being selected (which are indicated via the selected channels in the output window). I'll write a more comprehensive response when Gemini starts working again!
  8. Hi Chw, Thanks for these - I've added them to our library ready for the next release. Best regards Jon
  9. Hi Tribute, For the UDK, can you save a copy of your showfile and upload it, so we can see what's recorded into that UDK? For the upgrade issue, have a read of this article: http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/489/ Best regards Jon
  10. Hi Jo, In the System Info window (Click ‘Other Windows’. On ZerOS 7.8 and above you’ll then need to click the ‘System Info’ tab), there’s a section called "Input Devices..." under which there is a line for each input device (such as your touch screen), with the filename, device name, physical location and unique ID. If possible, please can you check if any of the last three (device name, physical location and unique ID) change when the monitor stops working. If you can take a photo of the screen before and after, that would be really helpful. Best regards Jon
  11. Hi Terry, Not sure why that happened... we'll keep an eye on it. Are you ok getting the settings back? Regards Jon
  12. Hi CBMatt, I'm sorry about that - not sure why they are saying that, as we have thousands of them in stock as they are still used in our current products! http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/512/ Who is your contact that said that? Maybe go back to them with the above link.
  13. Hi Bamber Please find the fixture attached. Best regards Jon kam 800.ift
  14. Hi GHSaudiovisual, Have you tried this under ZerOS 7.8? Regards Jon
  15. You can use 101 @ CUE 5 ENTER for a fixture to replicate what it was doing in an earlier cue. You can use 101 COPY TO 102 ENTER to copy the programmer information from fixture 101 to fixture 102. At the moment, this only copies the programmer information, so you may need to use a combination of these, the first to extract the data from the cue into the programmer, and the second to then copy that information to another fixture. Hope this helps
  16. Hi Piero, We generally only put product info on the website once it's started shipping. This should be in the next couple of weeks. Are there any specific questions I can answer? When I'm back in the office (not until Wednesday) I can post the data sheets up etc.
  17. Today we have released Jester Range OS Software 4.0. Version 4.0 is an important new software release recommended for all Jester desks. Jester show files are only forward compatible. Shows created in version 4.0 will not work in earlier versions of software. Show files created on a Jester ML or Jester TL range desk running version 3.3 will cause a blackout while version 4.0 loads the file. Once loaded, save the file (to create a version 4 file) to avoid this on future loads. Jester 12/24, Jester 12/24 19" Rack Mount and Jester 24/48: http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/238/ Jester ML, Jester ML24, Jester ML48, JesterTL and Jester TLXtra: http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/412/ If you have any questions about this, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

  21. Hi sg2m, Please find the fixture attached, in both modes. Best regards Jon legend 550 spot.ift
  22. Do you have a showfile from before you updated the console, and a showfile from now, so we can compare settings?
  23. Hi John, Yes, take the front panel off (be careful, there are cables connecting the two pieces of metal work) and replace the CR2032 battery. Once you power on, you will get the error again until you go into Setup and reset the console. Remember you should always take USB backups anyway! Best regards Jon
