  1. That's ok, no problem :-) So all sorted now?
  2. Hi Laurent, What version of software are you running? Please can you upload a showfile and tell us which submaster is causing the problem? Thanks Jon
  3. Hi jayartibee, Looks like this has been resolved on Blue Room, but if you have any further questions please don't hesitate to reply!
  4. Hi laguii, On that fixture, the dimmer channel isn't at the beginning or the end of the profile, meaning this isn't as easy to do this. You would need to patch this as three separate fixtures - One for the shutter channel, one for the dimmer, and then one for the rest of the profile. If you would like to do this, let me know and I'll edit the fixtures for you. Thanks Jon
  5. Hi Dan, Here you go. Geyser RGB.ift Save it onto a USB stick (don't put it inside any folders), plug it into the ORB XF, go into SETUP > Files > Load User Fixtures. Select the file, and this will import it into the main library. You will not be able to patch it in the normal way. Best regards Jon
  6. Hi Crazy H, Which Elumen8 fixture are you wanting to use? I can extract it and send it to you as an individual file which you can use straight onto your Fat Frog. Thanks Jon
  7. Hi Nick, It should work. Please can you attach the profile so we can have a look at it? Thanks Jon
  8. Hi Cucolino, We've currently testing a fix that will hopefully speed this up :-) Best regards Jon
  9. Hi Cucolino, What version of software are you running? Did you get a debug file from the crash? Please contact me directly to report crashes, so we can investigate them asap for you. Best regards Jon
  10. Our list of compatible touch screen monitors is starting to look rather out of date: http://zero88.com/support/index.php?/de/Knowledgebase/Article/View/486/ There are a few ‘standard’ protocols for Touch Screen control and we support all of them, so in a perfect world – all touch screens should work! However, some manufactures decide not to stick with standards. For this reason, the only way we know if a particular touch screen works is by trial and error. If you use a Touch Screen Monitor with a ZerOS console, please post below which monitor you use, so we can update our list and help future Zero 88 customers. Many Thanks Jon
  11. Hi Remco, Please could you upload a version of your showfile please? Many Thanks!
  12. Hi Rob, Just look in the Sharpy manual to find the DMX values that have to be sent to remotely trigger a lamp on command, and then set those values on the wheels in the normal way and record it where you want in. Regards Jon
  13. Hi Laurent, I’m afraid we don’t have a Solution manual in French. However, if you have any questions, please ask and I will do my best to help out. Alternatively, you could contact your French Zero 88 distributor – axente – who’s contact details are available here: http://www.zero88.com/distributors/westerneurope/france-axente.shtml Best regards Jon
  14. Actually, "Smart Tag" functionality is enabled by default in Non-Tracking mode, and we remove the option to disable it. It shouldn't make any difference, no. Please could you send me your showfile, and instructions on what you are doing that isn't working (including fixture numbers, memory numbers etc) so we can recreate it here. Thanks Jon
  15. Hi Nappaoh, Sounds like you have 'Smart Tag' enabled - you can press 'Special' and turn it off on the Multi-Functional Keys

    auto menu

Hi Piero, Auto Menus will create palettes and groups for all of your patched fixtures which have support for Auto generated content. Only the selected fixtures will then get affected by these palettes. Hope that makes sense?
  17. Hi Wildswan, Each Window can be quarter size, so you can see four at the same time. Other Windows can then be behind these (and quickly brought to the front), or you can put them onto the other Desktops to quickly switch between. The output on the VGA is fixed to 1024 * 768
  18. Hi Wildswan, No, there is only one VGA output on the console. The USB is used for Touch Screens, but they still need a VGA too. However, you can do this wirelessly using a tablet such as an iPad. You'll need to plug a wireless router into the console, and then connect to it with the tablet.
  19. Hi GoPowers, The ones we use as Demo monitors, which we are really happy with, are the Iiyama T1531SR.
  20. Are you unzipping the file before dragging it onto the USB stick? Regards Jon
  21. Hi Jo, As Mike said, are you sure they were inverted, or were you controlling Cyan, Magenta and Yellow, instead of Red, Green and Blue? If so, press SETUP + COLOUR together, select '"Colour Edit Mode" in the popup, and change it to RGB. Best regards Jon
  22. Hi Jo, Do you require the 7 Channel mode? If so, which console are you running? Best regards Jon
  23. Hi All, If you hold down SETUP and COLOUR together, you'll get a window with a "Colour Edit Mode" setting. Here you can choose the Colour Space you wish to use globally across the console - either RGB or CMY. This means you don't have to keep switching between CMY and RGB if you have both styles of fixtures in your rig. Best regards Jon
  24. Hi dirkjan, The desk generates an unique ID from the device name, physical ID, and the unique ID, so it can match the calibration (and which display the touchscreen is connected to) on the next boot. If any of those change, then the touchscreen will need to be recalibrated. In the System Info window, under "Input Devices..." there is a line for each input device, with the filename, device name, physical location and unique ID. If possible, we need to check if any of the last three change at all from one boot to another (you need to turn off the touch screen too). Screenshots / Photographs of the screen after reboots would be good. It may be the touchscreen is making up a new unique ID every time it is powered on, which it shouldn't do.
  25. Hi Jack, What version of software are you running? Are you in 'Tracking' or 'Non Tracking' mode? If 'Tracking', do you have 'Smart Tag' enabled? Best regards Jon
