support@zero88.com is still valid and comes through to me and the rest of the team. I’ve been on holiday without access to my emails. I’m back next week.

I mailed support@zero88.com on Sunday and I've heard nothing. Not even an auto acknowledgement. Is it still valid?

2 x FLX with Raspberry Pi's running TouchOSC, ZerOS Wing, Leapfrog, Jester M24L Eurolite ArtNet/sACN nodes.

Regular tech in two Milton Keynes music venues plus occasional festival work.

Hi @Davidmk,

Yes - the mailbox is still valid. That was only 1 working day ago, and the support team are making their way through the emails from over the weekend. There have been some internal emails about your issues whilst we work out what's happening. FYI - it's logged as issue ZOS-12410 whilst we investigate.
