Reversing through cue stack and/or "go to cue" function

New to the FLX S24. I am using only the Master Playback to trigger a cue stack for a theatrical production. I am sure I'm just missing something, but is there a way to go back a cue? Essentially, going backward through the cue stack.

I'm also curious if there is some procedure to perform a "go-to-cue" response from the console.

Thanks so much for any information.

The easiest way to change which cue you’d like to go to next, is to simply tap on the cue you’d like in the Cues window. It will go yellow, meaning the next GO press will take you to that cue.

If you hold SETUP and tap a playback’s go button, this will open the playback settings. In here you can configure the shifted button function to Pause. 2 shift-presses will then achieve Go Back.

Let us know if you have any questions.

I am an FLX user but a quick check in the manual for S24 suggests that, if you have an external keyboard attached, you can hold down the Go button and type the cue number you want. When you release the Go button the cue should execute.

I'm sure @Edward Z88 will come back pretty quickly if I am wrong about this working on S24.

See manual here (for external keyboard) and here (for Go to cue).

Personally I find this easier (if you know the cue number you want).

This is correct, but as mentioned, it does require an external keyboard, or the onscreen number pad in the Z window.

Thanks, guys. I've only had the board for about a week and went straight into tech the day I started using it. I thought it was something that simple I was missing.

No problem - let us know if there’s anything else we can help with.
