  1. Hi Rob, These are not scheduled for the next release. For your reference, these issues have been reviewed, and are now logged on our system as: - ZOS-2466: Move on Dark should follow jumps in the Cue Stack - ZOS-6983: Individual cue times for Move on Dark I have added another request on these issues to prioritise them, however they won't be ready for ZerOS 7.9.5. All the best, Edward

Hi Mac, For reference, this request is logged as ZOS-4773. Edward
  3. Hello, It is only software older than ZerOS 7.9.4 that is not compatible with the latest app. This is due to the way ZerOS is now sending image data to the app. You therefore may have to use one device running the old app for FROG2, and a different device running the new app for other ZerOS consoles. Edward
  4. Hello, Our main thinking is that if you are moving a fixture, you’re going to be looking at the stage, not the encoders. Therefore it is more beneficial to have the exact raw DMX value on the wheel for finest control so you can see what you’re sending. For a visual representation of colour and position, you have the picker and the grid you can view. In a future update however, parameters such as position will actually display degrees, which is a much more useful value. All the best, Edward
  5. Hi Mac, Possibly- if you tap Calibrate and it works without displaying any text suggesting to press UPDATE, then yours isn’t one of these. Edward
  6. Hi Mac, Glad to hear that it’s working. We have come across a couple of different touchscreens that report the same information, however require different drivers. Therefore there isn’t a way for ZerOS to determine which is which. If your touchscreen is one of these, a line of text will be displayed suggesting to tap UPDATE if it doesn’t seem to be working. If this line of text isn’t displayed, pressing UPDATE will not do anything. If you do need to trouble shoot this again in future, take a look in the USB Devices section of System Info like you did, to check ZerOS is detecting the touchscreen. Hope this helps, Edward
  7. Hi Mac, Great, glad to hear it. If you have any other questions just let me know. Edward
  8. Hi Both, I will ensure this feature request is logged. Currently the best way to switch a relay is patch a relay into your console, dial it’s Beamshape parameter to full, and then record to a playback. You can then configure the playback trigger level you would like your relay to switch on at in the playback settings. (On FLX you can use a UDK set to latch) Edward

Hello, If you tap SETUP -> System Settings -> External Monitor -> Disabled, tap SETUP to exit Setup, and then tap VIEW, which will toggle the internal touchscreen between faders and cues. You can then access the Output Window internally by holding SHIFT and tapping VIEW. Hope this helps, Edward
  10. Hi Mac, For this select your fixtures, @@, and then apply your desired intensity effect with speed, size and offset. Then record to a new playback, and you can then use this playback fader instead of the master intensity for these fixtures, so that they will have an intensity effect over the top of other parameter playbacks for these fixtures. You will find you can also mix in a little intensity playback for these fixtures, which will make the intensity effect more subtle until the fixture’s intensity is raised to full, and the intensity effect disappears. Hope this helps, Edward
  11. Hi Paul, Great thanks very much for coming back with the information. If you have any queries just let us know. Edward
  12. Hi Paul, Hmm that’s odd, from your description this should be working absolutely fine. Yes the PSU is a Sunpower 12v 3.33A external power supply. Have you tried bypassing the switch and plugging directly from FLX S48 into the SmartShow and unicast Art-Net universe 1 on 10.? Edward
  13. Hi Paul, OK thanks for the information regarding the XLR ports on the console, one of the team will get back to you soon. If you tap SETUP -> Network Devices does the SmartShow appear in here? What is the hardware setup: FLX S48 via Ethernet cable to TP link switch, then Ethernet cable linking switch to SmartShow gateway? Are your patched fixtures on universe 1? If so ensure Universe 1 is assigned to Art-Net universe 1. Hope this helps, Edward
  14. Hi Mac, Intensity Effects such as Mark On include intensity data, and therefore when programmed into a playback mix HTP. You therefore may want to consider recording this intensity effect onto a different separate playback fader that you can fade in instead of your intensity master for these fixtures. Hope this helps, Edward

    Print Patch

Hi Mac, Thank you for your comments. Yes that is true- the colour scheme is dark with white text so printing will use a lot of ink. I will ensure this request has its priority reviewed. All the best, Edward
  16. Hi Paul, Firstly, why can’t you use the FLX S48’s DMX XLR ports to connect to the theatre’s lighting equipment? The subnet mask of the SmartShowNetDMX looks to be the issue. The FLX S48 will generate an IP address starting with either 2. or 10. . You can find out what this IP address is on the console by tapping Z/Shift -> System Information -> Network Overview. If this is something other than 10.168.1.x you’ll need to change the subnet mask on the SmartShowNetDMX to 255.0.0.0. I would also recommend configuring FLX S48 to transmit Art-Net unicast. Regarding the Port section of FLX S48 Art-Net settings, each Art-Net sub net can have 16 Ports. You then assign which console universe you wish to be Output on each Art-Net port. On FLX S48 each block of 4 ports is called a Device and will have its own IP address. Hope this helps, if you have any queries let me know. Edward
  17. Hi Kevin, No problem thank you for the request. Will post back here when it's online. Edward
  18. Hi Mac, OK thanks for letting me know. Edward

Hello, Thank you for your comments. We really value user feedback and always ensure comments and requests are noted so that we can look to implement features and improve the software. See my comments below... 1- For this I would recommend disabling the External Monitor. If you tap SETUP -> System Settings -> External Monitor -> Disable, this will mean your VIEW key will now control the internal touchscreen. You will however still be able to switch the external monitor between Programming/Palettes using the on-screen button. If you wish to have your cue list internally, I would recommend switching the external monitor to faders, and then disable the monitor. The next software update will bring some changes to the external views, including bringing the Groups window externally. 2- If your selected cue list cell is hovered over a cue number (blue cell), press ENTER, type a cue number, and tap ENTER, and this will jump you to the cue. This will not renumber the cue. To go to a cue, hold GO and type the cue you wish to go to, and then release. Similarly to snap to a cue hold SHIFT, then hold Go, release shift and then type the cue number and release GO. 3- Playbacks can be page locked. To do this hold SETUP and tap the playback button to open its settings, then tap Advanced -> Page Locked. Click OK and this playback will always be on this fader irrespective of which playback page you are on. Hope this helps, if you have any queries do let me know. Edward
  20. Hi Mac, Does this seem to have randomly stopped working or has something changed in your setup that may have caused this issue? When you tap Calibrate Touchscreen, try pressing the first touch point firmly a few times, and if it still doesn’t respond press the UPDATE button on the console and try again. If you tap Z -> System Information -> System Info, along the bottom lists the USB devices. Does this change when you plug/ unplug the touchscreen USB connection? Edward
  21. Hello, If there was an option to reset a Fixture’s Lamp Hours, this would usually be found under macros. Therefore with your fixtures patched, tap MACROS, and then choose Automatically Create Macros. ZerOS will look at your patched fixtures, and add any macros that have been assigned in the fixture personality. Hope this helps, Edward
  22. Hello, I believe we’ve been chatting on Facebook. Please send us an email to support@zero88.com and one of the team will be able to help you out. All the best, Edward
  23. Hi Paul, No problem glad to hear it. Edward
  24. Hello, Currently, Home, Default and Max Level values cannot be changed on FLX S. This functionality will however be introduced to FLX S in the next software update. Any queries let me know. Edward
  25. Hi Paul, Your easiest option to customise the order the parameters are displayed on the encoders, is to list the parameters in order in the Fixture Editor “Parameters” tab. Therefore delete the fixture groups, and reorder the parameters. To move a parameter to the end of the attribute, change the parameter to a different attribute and then back again. Hope this helps, Edward
